Sunday’s Goals – 11/05/17

My goals are pretty simple this week. I just wanted to document them:

  • exercise 3 out of the 5 days of the exercise week (weekends are rest days because everyone is home)
  • weigh food out as much as possible
  • stay within calorie goal per day (5 out of 7 days)
  • no soda – should be easy enough

Those are my baby goals for this week. Start off small but still significant.
